Our Policies

1. Equipment Use: Pricing listed on this site is for private property parties. There are additional fees and insurance requirements for events held in public parks. Please call our office at (800) 668-2660 for more information.

2. Rental Agreement: Upon making your reservation you will receive a rental agreement via e-mail that you will be required to sign and mail in with a deposit within seven days.

3. Deposit: Upon making your reservation you will be required to pay a $25.00 non-refundable deposit (check or money order) per rental item that will be deducted from the rental price of said item(s). This deposit holds your equipment for the day of your party. This deposit must be received within seven days to confirm your reservation!

4. Methods of Payment: Personal checks are acceptable for reservation deposits. CASH ONLY (no checks or credit cards) is due for all rental balances and security deposits upon pick up or delivery of the equipment. We do not accept payment via credit card.

5. Space Requirements: The surface in which you set up the inflatable must be flat and clear of any sharp objects and pet droppings. The dimensions of each inflatable can be found on the appropriate page within the “Rentals” section. Also, check overhead clearance (i.e. power lines, tree branches) to be sure that you have the sufficient height required. Please be sure to specify whether the equipment will be set up on grass or concrete so that we can determine which method will best secure the inflatable to the ground. Inflate A Bounce will not be held responsible for damage to the grass, underground utilities, or sprinkler systems when staking down inflatable(s).

6. Electrical Requirements: We recommend separate grounded outlets on dedicated 20-amp circuits to power each blower that inflates the attraction. Most attractions only require one blower which runs continuously while the inflatable is in use.

7. Equipment Damage or Abuse: If any repair or replacement of our equipment is necessary due to client damage or abuse than the client will be held financially responsible.

PICK UP POLICIES

1. Pick up: For items available for pick up the client must provide a Pick-up Truck, Sport Utility Vehicle, or Mini-Van free of clutter and sharp objects. For a Weekday rental the client can pick up item(s) one day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and return them the following day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. For Saturday rentals client can pick up item(s) on Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and return the item(s) on Sunday between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. For Sunday rentals client can pick up item(s) between 10:00 am and 11:00 am and return item(s) on Monday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Weekend rentals can be picked up on Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and returned on Monday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our staff will be on hand to load equipment in and out of your vehicle and also provide you with operating instructions and safety rules.

2. Security Deposit: All items available for pick up require a $50.00 - $200.00 security deposit that is fully refundable after equipment is returned in the same condition that it was picked up. You will lose all or part of your security deposit if we find food, beverages, gum, ice cream, excessive mud, sand, rocks, dog excrement, and/or silly string on the inflatable. Security deposits are mailed back in the form of a check one week after the equipment has been returned in good condition.

3. Cancellation / Inclement Weather Policy: There are no refunds once you have picked up the equipment. If the weather is severe or you would like to change the date for another reason (i.e. child’s illness) than there will be a $25.00 date change fee accessed. All change of date reservations are subject to availability.

DELIVERY POLICIES

1. Cancellation / Inclement Weather Policy: As the client you have up until the time that we arrive at your party location to cancel due to weather conditions. Upon cancellation you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit. Once the attraction has been delivered and set up there are no refunds due to weather after that point.

2. Delivery / Pick up Time: Depending on our delivery schedule we reserve the right to arrive up to 2 hours prior to your rental start time (no additional charge) and pick up the equipment up to 2 hours after your rental end time (no additional charge).
